Small by design. Coached with purpose.
The Kefi Method brings Pilates and resistance training together in a considered, sustainable approach to movement.
Strength training builds muscle and supports your joints and metabolism. Pilates builds core strength, flexibility, control, mobility and stability. We blend both.
We keep our group classes small on purpose, so your coach can see you, guide you and progress you properly.
Every instructor and coach is comprehensively trained in-house to the Kefi standard. The better you get, the harder it gets.
Here's something nobody tells you.
Muscle declines from your 30s. After 50 it speeds up, and bone density follows. Weaker bones, poorer balance, slower metabolism. None of it is inevitable. Strength training is the best-supported way to slow it, keep it, and build it back.
Don’t take our word for it.
There’s a reason our Kefi community keeps coming back.
Before you start.
Which intro offer should I choose?
If you’re new to exercise, coming back after a break or building a routine, start with the 28 Day Routine Builder: eight classes, an induction call and a coach who checks in all month. If you already train three or four times a week and want variety, The Full Method gives you unlimited classes for 28 days, up to one a day. Still unsure? Get in touch and we’ll help you choose.
Am I fit enough to start?
Yes. All our classes are open level. Every exercise is taught in layers, with options to regress, progress or refine, so you start where you are and build from there.
I’ve tried Pilates before. What’s different here?
Our method of training and our people. Kefi is a special place because of our coaches and our fantastic community. There’s no ego and no judgement, and it’s safe to come as you are.
Our signature classes are designed in-house to make you strong from the inside out, and you won’t find them anywhere else. We keep them small on purpose, so you get individual attention in a group setting. Your coaches get to know you by name, you’re seen, and we help you progress, whatever that looks like for you.
I have an injury or condition. Can I still join?
Yes. The Routine Builder’s induction call covers your history before your first class, and your coach tailors every exercise in class. If you’re recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a long-term condition, Clinical Exercise & Pilates may be the better place to start: every program begins with a 1:1 assessment.
Will the class times work for me?
Both studios publish their live timetable on their studio page, so you can check class times against your week before you buy: Five Dock or Brighton.
What do I need to bring?
Grip socks and a sweat towel, which are required in every class (socks are available to buy at the studio), and a water bottle. Our guidelines cover the rest, from bookings to cancellations.

We believe exercise should be fun and not feel like a punishment or a performance. It’s a place to learn, progress and get stronger at your own pace.
