The approach

What is clinical exercise and Pilates?

A tailored, goal-oriented approach to exercise that helps you move better, feel stronger and more confident. It combines rehab, Pilates and resistance training, and every session is shaped around you, so strength, stability and mobility are built where they matter most.

Pilates is at the heart of it. We also draw on strength, mobility, balance and functional exercise when they’re right for you: some people need free weights and progressive overload, some need to rebuild confidence first. Either way, you’ll regain control, feel more capable in daily life and move with confidence, today and into the future.

Session types.

Private 1:1

Undivided attention, fully personalised, and only a limited number each week. Shaped around your body and how you’re moving on the day, on Pilates equipment, free weights or whatever’s right for you. Best for specific goals, recovering from surgery or injury, or if you simply work better one-on-one. Some people do.

Duet 2:1

A session with a friend, partner or family member. Two individual programs, run together.

Small Group Equipment Pilates 1:4

Your own personalised program, in a shared studio setting. Your coach guides you closely while you learn to move with confidence and, over time, independence.

All three start with an assessment of how you move, so your program is built for you before your first session.

How it works.

Step 1

Start with an assessment. A 1:1 session to get to know you: your body, health history, injuries, movement patterns and goals. From there, we design a program that’s specific to you.

Step 2

Follow a program designed for you. Work through a considered, progressive program with a comprehensively trained coach by your side. It’s adapted in the moment and progressed as you go, whether you’re one-on-one or in a group of up to four.

Step 3

Progress at your pace. As you build strength and confidence, we progress and challenge you, always at the right pace for you. As your needs change, we’ll talk through the next step: continuing privately, moving into semi-private, or joining one of our small group classes.

We recommend a minimum of six weeks to give your body time to adapt and allow for meaningful change.
