Strength meets Pilates. Community means everything.
Kefi Studio began in 2020 with a belief that movement has the power to change lives.
When we move, we feel better, stronger, happier and more confident. That feeling shapes how we move through everyday life, how we speak to ourselves and how we see what we’re capable of.
We believe movement should feel accessible, purposeful and enjoyable, because the things we enjoy are the things we keep doing.
As the studio has grown, so has our mission: to create a space where everyone feels seen, understood and cared for, and where no one is left behind.
We combine expertise with genuine care, helping each client build a thoughtful and informed relationship with their body.
Through tailored instruction, autonomy and consistent support, we create an environment where confidence grows, curiosity is encouraged and mastery becomes possible.
Our vision is to redefine Pilates and resistance training as a lifelong practice, not a quick fix. We offer a space where people feel safe, seen and supported as they develop lasting strength that carries into everyday life.
Meet Naike.
Naike is the founder of Kefi Studio Pilates and the creator of the Kefi Method.
Her training runs from the original Contrology method of Joseph Pilates through clinical Pilates, studio rehabilitation and strength and conditioning, and she’s now completing Honours in Clinical Exercise Physiology.
Over the years, she developed the Kefi Method, Kefi’s own method of teaching and programming, making exercise progressive, accessible, evidence-led and results-driven.
Every instructor at Kefi is trained personally to Naike’s standard, because the Kefi Method only works when the people delivering it understand it.

Qualified staff with experience to match.
Our coaches hold comprehensive qualifications across Pilates, resistance training and clinical exercise.
Our team are trained to use specialised equipment, helping you move better in and out of the studio.
We partner with your physio, nutritionist or other health professionals to make sure you’re getting the most out of your time with us.
We keep our classes small on purpose, capped at 12 in group fitness and 4 in clinical, so we can keep them personalised to your progressions, regressions and goals.
Don’t take our word for it.
There’s a reason our Kefi community keeps coming back.
