Here’s what you need to know.

  • It's best to choose comfortable and breathable fabrics that enable your body to move freely. Keep in mind that during the session, you'll be engaging in various positions, such as lying on your back, kneeling, standing, and sitting.

    For optimal performance and safety, Pilates is done wearing socks, particularly grip socks to prevent slipping and enhance stability. Not to worry, if you don't have grip socks, they are available for purchase at the studio. So, come dressed in your comfy workout attire and grab a pair of grip socks for a fantastic Pilates experience at Kefi Studio Pilates!

  • Our Clinical Pilates sessions offer evidence-based, enjoyable, and challenging one-on-one sessions with our experienced team. These private sessions are tailored to address your specific needs, whether it's achieving movement or strength goals, recovering from an injury, refining your technique, or seeking support during pre- or post-pregnancy. Depending on your preferences and requirements, these sessions can be conducted on the mat, reformer, or using studio equipment.

    To book your Clinical Pilates or PT session, simply purchase your passes online through our website. Afterward, get in touch with us via email at hello@kefistudiopilates.com.au to schedule your session. We'll make every effort to accommodate your preferred time.

    Please be mindful of our cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled session may result in a late cancellation pass forfeiture or charges.   • At Kefi Studio Pilates, we take pride in creating an inclusive environment that welcomes everyone. We do have a minimum age requirement, and participants must be at least 14 years old to attend our classes. However, there is no upper age limit as we firmly believe that Pilates is suitable for people of all ages.

    If you have any concerns or specific needs, such as individualised attention due to injury, age, or confidence, we recommend considering our Clinical Pilates sessions. These private sessions are designed to cater to your unique requirements and provide personalised support to help you achieve your goals.

    Whether you're a teenager or a senior, rest assured that Pilates is for everyone, regardless of age. Join us at Kefi Studio Pilates and experience the many benefits of this wonderful practice!

  • We have minimum commitment periods for autopay contracts between 3 and 12 months. Once you’ve completed the minimum term of your membership, we require 7 days notice via email to process your cancelation.

    You can pause your membership up to 4 weeks a calendar year, we require 7 days notice via email to process your pause.

    Membership cancellation and holds can only be processed via an email to us at hello@kefistudiopilates.com.au

  • We use the MindBody booking system.

    You can just download the Kefi Studio Pilates mobile app below to create an account and book your first class.

    You can also manage your account via our app, change payment method, cancel classes and purchase packs/memberships.

  • We recommend wearing activewear or something comfortable, and please wear socks (no socks, no play).

    Bring a water bottle, we have filtered water available but we’re trying to avoid using single use cups.

    Bring a towel & please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts so we can show you around and introduce ourselves.

  • Don’t worry! We welcome beginners and have a lot of them. Our beginner classes are designed for ability, age and fitness level. We recommend to start with a flow or strong classes.

    If you have any specific concerns and would like to have a bit more attention before you join the group classes, we also offer 1:1 clinical pilates sessions. These sessions give you a little more attention, so you can work on your technique and feel more confident.

    Please note, clients must be aged 16+ to attend group reformer classes.

  • If you're just beginning your fitness journey, we suggest starting with 2 or 3 classes a week. It's essential to listen to your body, consider your mental state, mood, and schedule when deciding what's right for you.

    Once you experience the amazing benefits of our classes and find yourself as passionate as we are, you can gradually increase your attendance to 5-6 classes per week.

    We recommend mixing up your classes to enjoy a diverse range of fun, full-body movements. This way, you can make the most out of your time with us at Kefi Studio Pilates.
