Kefi Studio
An assessment is required before commencing studio rehab classes.
Every body, every journey is unique, and that is why we offer small clinical studio classes. Classes are tailored to individual needs using specialised equipment such as the Wunda chair, Ladder barrel, Reformer, Mat and more.
Our Small Group Classes (up to 4) are ideal for anyone pregnant, post natal or easing back into exercising. We provide an intimate and friendly environment to improve your strength and help you navigate the journey your body is on while working through pesky niggles, aches, pains.
