KEFI HEAT

Strength & endurance combination in a full-body conditioning workout.

High-energy, fast-paced Pilates class combining dynamic movements and bursts of intensity. Designed to build strength, boost endurance, and challenge your body with progressive resistance.

KEFI ALIGN

Traditional Reformer Pilates repertoire with a little more fun.

Slower-paced class works through the original Reformer repertoire and core-centric movements, helping you master the fundamentals while improving your technique, flexibility, and balance.

KEFI STRENGTH

Resistance Training X Reformer.

Resistance training focused class using the Reformer, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Incorporating progressive overload and controlled movements, it targets every major muscle group.

KEFI FORM

Tower and Mat Pilates with a Kefi twist.

Combines Tower and Mat Pilates, inspired by the original repertoire with a signature Kefi twist. This 50/50 split class delivers a full-body workout that strengthens, aligns, and refines your movement. The Tower’s spring resistance offers both support and challenge, while the Mat Pilates component gives us a great bodyweight workout.
