  • BODY CONDITIONING

    Body Conditioning is an energetic and fast-paced workout that combines reformer Pilates with dynamic movements, this class guarantees a challenging yet rewarding experience. Get ready to sweat as you engage in a full-body workout using reformer machines and various props.

    The upbeat music will keep you motivated throughout, making sure your energy levels stay high and will drown out any accidental cursing!

  • FLOW

    Flow is a slow-paced reformer workout born out of our passion for traditional Pilates. Don’t be fooled, it is one of our most challenging workouts when it comes to balance, flexibility, and control. You will be moving in a continuous flow and engage in movements that cover various planes of motion, with a focus on mobilising your spine through flexion, rotation, lateral flexion, and extension.

    This class will push you to your limits in this all-encompassing full body workout.

  • STRONG

    Strong is a perfect match for those who are looking to build strength in a slower paced class.

    You will be working on progressive overload focusing on technique & control. This is a full body workout building strength through our primary movement patterns including the squat, lunge, hip hinge, push, pull & press.

    This class is perfect to start your Pilates journey.

TOWER ROOM

Offering three classes, our tower room combines the best of pilates and functional movement.

  • STRETCH & MOBILITY

    Our Stretch & Mobility class is designed as your ideal active recovery session, centred on feel-good movements, stretching, and mobility. It offers a slow-paced experience, ideal for those seeking a more profound focus on stretching.You will move at a deliberate and unhurried pace to nurture mobility, enabling you to navigate your daily activities effortlessly.

    This includes being able to stand and sit without aid, rotate your head freely, and move your spine in all directions.

  • TOWER

    Our Tower classes offer a modern twist on Joseph Pilates' traditional Mat and Tower movements. By merging the strengths of mat and tower exercises, this class guarantees an engaging and dynamic workout experience.

    The Tower enhances Mat Pilates by introducing springs for both support and resistance, leading to benefits such as enhanced circulation and increased lean muscle development. By engaging the body in various movement planes, the Pilates Tower offers the most versatility among all Pilates equipment.

  • COMBO

    Our combo classes make use of both the Reformer and Tower simultaneously. This class may be slow-paced, but it packs a powerful punch by engaging a wide range of movement planes. It challenges full-body coordination, enhances muscle recruitment efficiency, and boosts joint mobility. By integrating the individual use of each apparatus and utilising them together, you will push your body to new limits.

Studio Room

Embrace the Kefi difference in our mixed equipment studio: The Hub. Offering the best of pilates and high intensity interval training in one, we offer 50 minute circuit classes across cardio and strength training, delivering you dynamic results.

  • CIRCUIT

    Our Circuit Class combines High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Pilates using various apparatus like the reformer, Fuse ladder, and Wunda Chair. It merges the benefits of HIIT with traditional Pilates, aiming to improve endurance, boost fitness levels, and induce a good sweat.

    Perfect for those looking to spice up their Pilates routine, this class is adaptable for all experience levels allowing you to adjust weights according to your progress.

Small Group Classes

These small group classes are held in the studio room. You can purchase a small group pack. Less people mean more focus on you as an individual.

  • ACTIVE AGEING

    Designed exclusively for people aged 55 and over. It is a low-impact session that can improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength, and overall health.

    Exercise for everyday people 55+ who want to get healthier and stronger.

  • STUDIO REHAB

    Intimate & friendly 4:1 sessions designed to support your individual needs. Classes are delivered with specialised equipment such as the Wunda chair, Ladder barrel, Reformer, Mat and more to get you strong and help you work through all those niggles, aches, pains.

    An assessment is required before commencing Studio Rehab Classes.
